Love our ivory-netsuke shop products but can't work out how to buy? We tried to make this as simple as possible but compiled this quick "how to" just in case.

1. Browse - Go to the page of the item you wish to purchase, enter the required number of items you require and click the "Add to Cart" button.

2. Add to Cart - You will be taken straight to your cart. Once you are there, either continue shopping or carry on with the directions below to make your purchase.

3. Shopping Cart - Click the Proceed to Checkout button (or checkout link in the top right hand corner).

4. Login - If you are not logged in you will now be asked to login to your account. If you do not have an account, follow the on screen instructions to create an account, otherwise login.

5. Delivery Information - Once you have logged in you will be shown the Detail shipping address. If the shipping is correct, please press “Continue” button.

6. Payment Information - The next page is payment information. This page showing the billing address and also the payment method. Our currently payment method is Paypal. After check all information is corrected, then press "Continue ".

7. Checkout Confirmation - This page is the final step before placing your order. Please read over it carefully to make sure everything is correct before proceeding. If you wish to change your order, simply click on your cart (top right corner of page) or if you wish to change the shipping Address, use the links just under the Confirmation page. If everything is correct, then press “ Confirm order” button.

8. Make Payment by using Paypal – The screen will directly do to Paypal site, then please login to your Paypal account and make payment directly. If you do not have Paypal account, please click the link for those who don’t have Paypal account. You can make payment buy using your credit card (Visa card and master card).

9. Checkout Success – Please wait for few seconds after finish make payment in Paypal, the screen would return to our E-shop and inform you the transaction is completed. Hopefully everything went smoothly with your payment (if not you will be returned to the Checkout Payment page with the relevant error message)

10. Congratulations - Your order is now complete and will be sent out to you as soon as possible by using registered airmail. International orders will take about 7-15 days to arrive or so depending on location. We sincerely hope you enjoy your new items from our ivory-netsuke shop.
